Extension Agreement for Bookkeeping Services between TENT Management, Inc. and Franchise Services Company, LLC
TENT Management, Inc. and Franchise Services Company, LLC have agreed to extend their existing Bookkeeping Services Agreement for one additional year. The extension begins on March 1, 2005, and ends on February 28, 2006, with all original terms and conditions remaining unchanged. This agreement ensures the continuation of bookkeeping services for the specified period.

Gentlemen:
The parties to the Bookkeeping Services Agreement referenced above mutually agree to extend the term of the agreement for one year at the expiration of the current term on February 28, 2005, under the same terms and conditions. The extended term shall commence on March 1, 2005 and extend through February 28, 2006.
