FMC Corporation Compensation Plan Amendments for Non-Employee Directors (Effective May 1, 2007)
FMC Corporation has updated its compensation plan for non-employee directors, effective May 1, 2007. The changes, approved by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, include increases to the annual retainer fee, committee chair retainers, audit committee retainer, and the annual equity grant in the form of restricted stock units. Board and committee meeting fees remain unchanged. These adjustments are intended to enhance the compensation structure for non-employee directors.
