Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan Supplement for Armando Pimentel, Jr. (Effective February 15, 2008)
This supplement to the FPL Group, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan grants Armando Pimentel, Jr. three additional pension credits of $150,000 each. The first credit is effective February 15, 2008, with the second and third credits awarded on the first and second anniversaries of that date, provided Mr. Pimentel remains employed by the company. This supplement is incorporated into the main retirement plan and takes precedence if there are any conflicts between the two documents.
Exhibit 10(i) 1. Pursuant to Section 5.03 of the FPL Group, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (the "Plan"), which provides for the approval of this Supplement to the Plan, additional pension credits shall be added to the Supplemental Pension Benefit for certain Participants from time to time. 3. This Supplement shall be deemed incorporated by reference into the Plan. In the event of any discrepancy between this Supplement and the provisions of the Plan, the provisions of this Supplement shall govern.
