Share Transfer Agreement between Haverford (Bermuda) Ltd. and Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited regarding Mont Fort Re Ltd.
Haverford (Bermuda) Ltd. agrees to transfer 370,000 common shares of Mont Fort Re Ltd. to Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited for $50,000. The agreement confirms that the shares are transferred free of any liens or encumbrances. The contract is governed by the laws of Bermuda.
