Agreement for Sale of Zinc Ingots between Fifth Season (Zhejiang) Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Guanghong International Trade Group Co., Ltd.
This agreement, effective from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2011, is between The Fifth Season (Zhejiang) Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. (seller) and Guangdong Guanghong International Trade Group Co., Ltd. (buyer). Party B agrees to purchase 36,000 tons (±0.5%) of zinc ingots from Party A. The price is based on the average monthly price on the Shanghai Non-ferrous Website minus RMB 1,000 per ton for the delivery month. Payment is due upon delivery. The contract also covers terms for validity, modification, termination, and dispute resolution.

- Pursuant to the contract entered on September 1, 2010, Party B will buy the zinc ingot of 36000 tons (±0.5%) from Party A.
