Subscription Agreement between FG Merger III Corp. and FG Merger Investors III LLC for Common Stock Purchase
FG Merger Investors III LLC agrees to purchase 4,312,500 shares of common stock from FG Merger III Corp. for $25,000. The agreement requires the shares to be subject to the company's Certificate of Incorporation and By-laws. The company will record FG Merger Investors III LLC as a shareholder. The undersigned hereby subscribes for 4,312,500 shares of common stock (the “Shares”) of the Company. In consideration for the issue of the Shares, the undersigned hereby agrees and undertakes to pay $25,000 to the Company.
