Summary

This document contains two amendment letters between the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) regarding their Transportation Agreement dated July 31, 2006. The amendments, signed in March and April 2007, change certain confidential references in Section 8.12(a) of the original agreement. Both parties agree to these changes by signing the letters. The amendments are formalized through mutual signatures and do not alter other terms of the original agreement.
