At its meeting held on October 3, 2006, the Compensation Committee approved annual compensation packages for the Companys executive officers who are expected to be included in the summary compensation table in the Companys proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, and for those officers who were named executive officers as of the filing of the Companys last proxy statement (the named executive officers), as follows:
