Management Agreement Renewal between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Graham Capital Management, L.P. (June 30, 2007)
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Graham Capital Management, L.P. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by signatures from both parties. This extension ensures continued management services for the listed funds for an additional year.
