Amendment to Employment Agreement between Fabrinet (USA) and Nat Mani dated October 1, 2007
This amendment updates the employment agreement between Fabrinet (USA) and Nat Mani. It states that if Nat Mani's employment is terminated without good cause, he will receive six months of his current base salary, continued medical coverage for six months, and any earned bonus as severance.
