Addendum to Loan Agreement Between Dieter Thiemann and EDI Exploration Drilling International GmbH (Extension)

Summary

This addendum extends the term of a loan agreement between Mr. Dieter Thiemann (lender) and EDI Exploration Drilling International GmbH (borrower), represented by Managing Director Günter Thiemann. The new loan end date is July 31, 2008, with the possibility of a further three-month extension to be renegotiated at that time. All other terms of the original loan agreement remain unchanged and in effect.

The loan agreement, to which this addendum applies, is, effective immediately, extended in item 1 as follows:

The term of the loan ends on 31/07/2008. An extension by 3 months is to be renegotiated at that time.

All of the other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged and valid.
