Addendum to Loan Agreement between Dieter Thiemann and EDI Exploration Drilling International GmbH (Extension to 2008)

Summary

This addendum extends the original loan agreement between Dieter Thiemann (lender) and EDI Exploration Drilling International GmbH (borrower), represented by Günter Thiemann. The extension allows the borrower to repay the loan at any time, including in partial amounts, and sets a new repayment deadline of December 31, 2008. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged and in effect.

The loan may be repaid at any time, even in partial amounts.

All of the other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged and valid.
