Summary

This amendment updates the transportation services contract between the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Evergreen Aviation Ground Logistics Enterprises Inc. (EAGLE) for mail delivery in the Great Lakes/Midwest area. Effective August 27, 2001, it changes mail handling times, procedures, and facility requirements at several airport mail centers. The amendment also specifies new mail availability schedules for certain locations and notes that any price changes resulting from these modifications will be negotiated. All other contract terms remain unchanged.
