Eventbrite CEO Promotion and Stock Option Grant Letter to Julia Hartz
Eventbrite has promoted Julia Hartz to CEO and Co-Founder, effective April 21, 2016, with a new annual base salary of $335,000 starting May 19, 2016. The company will also recommend that the Board grant her a one-time option to purchase 1,552,468 shares of Eventbrite common stock at the fair market value on the grant date. All other terms of her employment, including prior agreements, remain unchanged.
