Notice of Increase under Credit Agreement between Epicor Software Corporation and Bank of America, N.A.
Epicor Software Corporation notifies Bank of America, as Administrative Agent, that it is increasing its total revolving credit commitment by $50 million under the terms of their existing Credit Agreement. This increase will be provided by additional banks and financial institutions that meet eligibility requirements. The notice is made in accordance with the procedures set out in the Credit Agreement dated December 16, 2007. No other terms are changed by this notice.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings provided in the Credit Agreement.
The Borrower hereby notifies the Administrative Agent that pursuant to Section 2.01(c) of the Credit Agreement the Borrower is exercising its right to increase the Aggregate Revolving Commitment by $50 million with additional Revolving Commitments from banks and other financial institutions that qualify as Eligible Assignees.
