Lease Amendment between 406 SH 135 LLC and Pinnacle Frac Transport LLC for 406 SH 135, Kilgore, TX
This amendment updates the commercial lease between 406 SH 135 LLC (landlord) and Pinnacle Frac Transport LLC (tenant) for the property at 406 SH 135, Kilgore, Texas. Effective August 1, 2022, the lease term is extended to end on September 30, 2027, with new monthly rent amounts set at $5,500 from October 2022 to September 2024, and $6,000 from October 2024 to September 2027. Other terms, such as parking and maintenance, may also be adjusted as specified in the amendment.
