Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Fall River Capital LLC

Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Fall River Capital LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements related to certain commodity pools, specifically CTA Capital LLC and Citigroup Emerging CTA L.P., through June 30, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the original management agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties.
