Summary

Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Sasco Energy Partners have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. This extension applies to the management of CTA Capital LLC, Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., Energy Advisors Portfolio L.P., and CMF Sasco Master Fund L.P.
