Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC (June 2011)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for three commodity pools—CTA Capital LLC, Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., and JEM Master Fund L.P.—through June 30, 2012. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. No other modifications or new obligations are introduced.
