Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Waypoint Capital Management LLC
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Waypoint Capital Management LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. This letter serves as a formal notice and acceptance of the renewal.
