Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Cirrus Capital Management, LLC
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Cirrus Capital Management, LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal applies to the management of CTA Capital LLC, Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., CMF Cirrus Master Fund L.P., and Commodity Advisors Fund L.P. Both parties have acknowledged the extension by signing this letter.
