Management Agreement Extension Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC (June 2012)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including CTA Capital LLC, Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., JEM Master Fund L.P., and Commodity Advisors Portfolio L.P., through June 30, 2013. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
