Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and PGR Capital LLP (June 2012)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and PGR Capital LLP have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., CTA Capital LLC, PGR Master Fund L.P., Diversified 2000 Futures Fund L.P., and Spectrum Strategic. The extension is effective through June 30, 2013, with all other terms of the original agreements remaining unchanged. Both parties confirm the renewal by signing and returning the letter.
