Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Blackwater Capital Management LLC
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Blackwater Capital Management LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for four commodity pools until June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. This agreement ensures continued management services for the specified funds for the extended period.
