Assumption of Debt Agreement between AK Interactive Co., Ltd. and Pollex Inc.

Summary

AK Interactive Co., Ltd. has agreed to take responsibility for up to $150,000 of existing and future debt owed by Browsergames Co., Ltd. to Pollex Inc., effective December 31, 2013. As part of this arrangement, the principal balance of loans payable will be reduced from $690,000 to $540,000. This agreement is signed by the CEO of AK Interactive Co., Ltd.
