Intra-Ship Integrated Gateway Supply and Installation Agreement between Hyundai Heavy Industries and e-MARINE Inc.
Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and e-MARINE Inc. have entered into an agreement for the supply and installation of two Intra-Ship Integrated Gateway computer systems. The total contract price is 21,670,000 Won, with installations scheduled for March 21 and March 28, 2017, at Hyundai Heavy Industries' ACONIS site. Payment is due upon each installation. The contract becomes effective if not refused within five working days. Both parties agree to execute all matters related to the ISIG(2) project as specified.
