Amendment to Banking Facilities Agreement between DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Atlantic Components Limited
DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited has issued a letter to Atlantic Components Limited confirming that the terms of their existing banking facilities agreement remain unchanged except for revised pricing and commission rates for Letters of Credit and Account Payable Financing. The new commission rates are specified for the first USD50,000 and the balance amounts. All other terms and conditions from the previous agreement continue to apply. This amendment is effective until further notice.

We, DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bank”), refer to our letter dated 27 June 2006 together with the ‘‘Terms and Conditions Governing Banking Facilities and Services” attached therein setting out the facilities made available to you (collectively called “the Existing Facility Letter”).
We are pleased to confirm that all the terms and conditions under the Existing Facility Letter shall remain unchanged except the following variations until further notice:
