Executive Officer Compensation Schedule for 2010 – Target Bonuses and Base Salaries
This document outlines the 2009 bonuses, 2010 base salaries, and 2010 target bonus percentages for four executive officers: Gustav A. Christensen, Ivana Magovcevic-Liebisch, George Migausky, and William E. Pullman. The base salaries are retroactive to January 1, 2010. The Compensation Committee retains full discretion to determine the actual annual bonus amounts, regardless of the target percentages listed.
