Assignment of Contract and Equitable Interest Agreement between Seaview Gardens at Keansburg, LLC and Foxmoor Holdings Corp.
Seaview Gardens at Keansburg, LLC is transferring all its rights and interests in a Contract of Sale for the Seaview Gardens property to Foxmoor Holdings Corp. In exchange for consideration totaling $295,524, Seaview Gardens at Keansburg, LLC will have no further rights or obligations under the contract as of May 5, 2010. This agreement finalizes the transfer of contractual and equitable interests related to the property.
Assignment of Contracts and Equitable Interest --- Seaview Gardens
This assignment is hereby made between Seaview Gardens at Keansburg, LLC as “Assignor” and Foxmoor Holdings Corp., a Nevada corporation, “Assignee.”
Assignor hereby assigns all rights, title and interest in the above-referenced entities, which pertain to the attached Contract of Sale, to the Assignee.
This Assignment is made for good and valued consideration, and accumulated deposits, costs and expenses incurred to date, in the aggregate amount of $295,524.
As of this date, the Assignor shall have no further rights or obligations in reference to the above referenced Contract, dated January 8, 2009. This Contract specifically refers to Seaview Gardens at Keansburg property.
