Dominion Resources, Inc. Non-Employee Directors' Annual Compensation Schedule (2007)
This document outlines the annual compensation for non-employee directors of Dominion Resources, Inc. as of April 27, 2007. Non-employee directors receive a $150,000 annual retainer, split between $60,000 in cash and $90,000 in stock. Additional annual payments are provided for committee chairs: $15,000 for Audit, Compensation, Governance, and Nominating Committee chairs, and $5,000 for the Finance and Risk Oversight Committee chair.
