Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC has extended its management agreements with several commodity pool managers, including Campbell & Company, Inc., Willowbridge Associates Inc., Capital Fund Management, and Graham Capital Management, L.P. The extension applies to various commodity pools and is effective through June 30, 2005. All other terms of the original management agreements remain unchanged. Each manager is required to acknowledge and accept the extension by signing and returning the letter.
