Management Agreement Extension Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Capital Fund Management SA (June 2012)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Capital Fund Management SA have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension applies to five specific funds managed by Capital Fund Management SA. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the letter.
