Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC sent letters to Winton Capital Management, Willowbridge Associates Inc., Graham Capital Management, L.P., and Campbell & Company, Inc. to extend the terms of their existing management agreements for various commodity pools through June 30, 2006. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. Each manager is required to acknowledge and accept the extension by signing and returning the letter.
