Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc.

Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including Smith Barney Potomac Futures Fund L.P., Citigroup Global Diversified Futures Fund L.P., Citigroup Diversified 2000 Futures Fund L.P., and CMF Campbell Master Fund L.P., through June 30, 2010. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties.
