Letter Agreement Extending Management Agreements Between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and SandRidge Capital, L.P.
Ceres Managed Futures LLC, as general partner, is notifying SandRidge Capital, L.P. that the term of their management agreements for several commodity pools is extended through June 30, 2012. All other terms of the original management agreements remain unchanged. SandRidge Capital, L.P. is asked to acknowledge and accept this extension by signing and returning the letter. This extension applies to multiple named funds managed under the agreements.
