Management Agreement Extension Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and PGR Capital LLP (June 2013)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and PGR Capital LLP have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for four commodity pools—Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., PGR Master Fund L.P., Diversified 2000 Futures Fund L.P., and MSSB Spectrum Strategic L.P.—through June 30, 2014. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. No other modifications or new obligations are introduced.
