Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Eckhardt Trading Company
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Eckhardt Trading Company have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement, which covers several commodity pool funds, through June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this renewal letter.
