Extension Letters for Management Agreements between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Multiple Investment Managers (2006-2007)
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC sent letters to John W. Henry & Company, Inc., Campbell & Company, Inc., Aspect Capital Management Ltd., and Graham Capital Management, L.P. to extend the terms of their existing management agreements for various commodity pool funds through June 30, 2007. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. Each recipient is asked to acknowledge the extension by signing and returning the letter. The extension ensures continued management of the listed funds under the same conditions for an additional year.
