Temporary Extension Letter for Term Loan Supplement between CoBank and Dakota Growers Pasta Company, Inc.
CoBank has agreed to extend the commitment period for Dakota Growers Pasta Company, Inc.'s existing term loan supplement from April 30, 2007, to May 31, 2007. This extension allows Dakota Growers additional time to advance funds under the current loan terms. All other conditions of the original loan supplement remain unchanged until a new or replacement supplement is signed. The letter serves as official documentation of this temporary extension.
