Extension Agreement to Employment Agreement between Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Spiro Rombotis
Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Spiro Rombotis have agreed to extend their existing agreement, originally effective January 1, 2021, through June 1, 2023. This extension is effective as of January 1, 2023. Both parties have confirmed their acceptance by signing the document. The agreement primarily serves to continue the terms of their prior arrangement for the specified period.
