This document lists the annual base salaries for the company's Chief Executive Officer and other top executives as of December 31, 2014. The salaries were determined by the Compensation Committee and apply to officers named in the company's 2015 proxy statement. The listed executives serve at the discretion of the Board of Directors. One executive, Mr. Burris, retired in August 2014, and his salary reflects the amount in effect at that time.

The executive officers of the Company serve at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The Compensation Committee of the Board reviews and determines the salaries that are paid to the Company’s executive officers, including the Named Executive Officers.
