Extension Agreement for Operation of Asphalt Modifying Equipment between Crown Asphalt Products Company and FGI, LLC

Crown Asphalt Products Company and FGI, LLC have agreed to extend their existing agreement, originally dated April 19, 2002, for the operation of asphalt modifying equipment at the Grand Island Terminal. The new expiration date for the agreement is November 15, 2003. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged and in effect.

The term of the Agreement as set forth in Paragraph 2 thereof shall be amended and extended to November 15, 2003.
