DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN

AMENDMENT NO.6 TO THE

CORELOGIC, INC.

DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN

WHEREAS, CoreLogic, Inc. (the "Company") maintains the CoreLogic, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan (the "Plan"); and

WHEREAS, Section 9.1 of the Plan reserves to the Board of Directors (the "Board") or the Benefits Administration Committee (the "Committee") the right to amend the Plan; and

WHEREAS, the purpose of this Amendment No. 6 (the "Amendment") to the Plan is to update the definition of "Compensation" under the Plan; and

WHEREAS, the purpose of this Amendment to the Plan is to also waive the vesting requirements under Sections 3.5 and 5 of the Plan for certain eligible employees; and

WHEREAS, this Amendment shall supersede the provisions of the Plan to the extent those provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this Amendment.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan is amended as follows, effective as of January 1, 2013, unless otherwise indicated below:

I. Compensation. A new paragraph is added to the end of Section 1.2(m) and shall read as follows:

"Effective January 1, 2013, notwithstanding the foregoing, 'Compensation' shall not include any short-term disability benefits received pursuant to the CoreLogic Consolidated Welfare Benefits and Cafeteria Plan."

II. Vesting. A new Appendix C, "Company Contribution Account Vesting," is added to the Plan and shall read in accordance with Exhibit II attached hereto.

III. Adopting Employers. Appendix B of the Plan, "Adopting Employers," is amended in its entirety and shall read in accordance with Exhibit I attached hereto.
