Second Amendment to Lease Agreement between Running Pump Business Center, LP and LifeMD Pharmacy Services, LLC
This amendment updates the lease agreement between Running Pump Business Center, LP (Landlord) and LifeMD Pharmacy Services, LLC (Tenant) for property at 499 Running Pump Road. The main change is clarifying the Tenant's full legal name as LifeMD Pharmacy Services, LLC. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged. The amendment is effective as of October 23, 2024.
