Management Agreement Renewal Extension between CERES Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC
CERES Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for three commodity pools—Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., JEM Master Fund L.P., and Commodity Advisors Portfolio L.P.—through June 30, 2014. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
