Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC (June 2014)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for three commodity pools—JEM Master Fund L.P., Commodity Advisors Portfolio L.P., and Tactical Diversified Futures Fund L.P.—through June 30, 2015. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties.
