Management Agreement Extension Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC (June 2015)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and J.E. Moody & Company LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for three commodity pools—JEM Master Fund L.P., Commodity Advisors Fund L.P., and Tactical Diversified Futures Fund L.P.—through June 30, 2016. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
