Supplementary Agreement to Tenancy Agreement between Paeschke Immobilien- und Vermögensverwaltungen GmbH & Co. KG and CpG ImmunoPharmaceuticals GmbH (December 2000)
This supplementary agreement updates the original tenancy agreement between Paeschke Immobilien- und Vermögensverwaltungen GmbH & Co. KG (landlord) and CpG ImmunoPharmaceuticals GmbH (tenant). It increases the rent due to additional fixtures and the rental of extra space developed to the tenant’s specifications. The new monthly rent and associated costs are specified, including applicable taxes. All other terms of the original tenancy agreement remain unchanged.
