Lease Extension Agreement between Cogent Communications, Inc. and 6715 Kenilworth Avenue Partnership (1015 31st Street, NW, Washington, DC)
Cogent Communications, Inc. and 6715 Kenilworth Avenue Partnership have agreed to extend their existing lease for the property at 1015 31st Street, NW, Washington, DC, for one additional year. The new lease expiration date is August 31, 2006. All other terms and conditions of the original lease and its amendments remain unchanged.
