Interior Renovation and Furnishing Order Agreement between Litchfield Square and Coastal Carolina Bank
Litchfield Square has agreed to provide Coastal Carolina Bank with a range of interior renovation and furnishing services for its Myrtle Beach location. The agreement covers the supply and installation of carpets, wallcoverings, plantation shutters, window treatments, electronics, marble and wood repairs, a lobby fountain, and decorative furniture. The total cost is $182,675, with sales tax applied only to materials. The agreement specifies that all labor and installation charges are non-taxable and that design services are provided at no extra charge. Drawings for certain items will be provided later.
